Description

The pipe beveling machine is often used for pipe end cutting or beveling purpose during pipe hot expanding and pipe welding processes. It is compatible with various large diameter carbon steel and alloy steel pipes, including oil casing, fluid delivery pipe, structural tube, and tubes for making gas cylinders. Both seamless and welded pipes are workable. The pipe cutting machine supports single-head or synchronous double-head cutting.

Construction of the Pipe Beveling Machine

The steel pipe bevelling machine is mainly made up of the beveling unit, pipe clamping fixture and the pipe loading and unloading system.
1. The beveling unit consists of the gear reducer, floating tool, the live spindle supporting feed motion, and the rotary clamping fixture for steel pipes.
2. The pipe loading and unloading system is mainly composed of a lifting cylinder and a height-adjustable roller conveyor.

The pipes on the loading system are firstly carried to the roller conveyor by the lifting cylinder, and then delivered to the processing area. Then they are held firmly by the clamping fixture, and will be processed. After that, the pipes are again transferred to the unloading system by the lifting cylinder. Thus, the entire process is completed.
