Description

The plate rolling machine uses hydraulic transmission for upper roll lifting and mechanical transmission for horizontal movement. The two lower rolls serve as drive rolls. A centralized control system is adopted.

3. The upper roll directly exerts pressure to fulfill pre-bending. This can accomplish high-precision end pre-bending and the straight edge length can be set at will.

5. The upper roll appears like a drum while the lower rolls have an idler below them for adjustment assistance. Hence, this plate bending machine is able to roll ideal workpiece from a wide range of materials, from sheet to plate.

6. The two lower rolls are fixed and the upper roll moves up and down, left and right. The workpiece does not move together with the working roll, ensuring the safety of the operator.
