Description

The single-head pipe fittings beveling machine is mainly composed of the power head, cutter head, body structure, clamping fixture, and the electrical control system.
1. Power head

The power head of the pipe fittings beveling machine is driven by an electric motor. Through gear shifting, it is provided with six spindle speeds and three differential-feed speeds for the tool rest. At the end of the power head, there is an electrically controlled, fast driving and reversing mechanism for the tool rest. The mechanism supports independent operation or synchronous operation with the differential feeding mechanism.
2. Cutter head

The pipe fittings beveller is mounted with a floating tool on its cutter head. Before pipe fittings beveling, the position of tool rest shall be adjusted according to the pipe diameter. The floating tool is driven by the differential feeding mechanism.
3. Body structure

On the body of the pipe fittings beveling machine, there are electrically controlled longitudinal feed mechanism, manual transverse adjustment mechanism, as well as the body frame and base plate assembly. The electrically controlled longitudinal feed mechanism has high speed and standard speed modes. The beveling tool supports synchronous longitudinal and transverse feeding.

4. Clamping fixture

On the base frame of the clamping fixture, there is a mounting platform and an electrical elevating mechanism. On the mounting platform, there are longitudinal and lateral T-slots for installation of the pipe fittings support and the flexible clamping fixture.

5.Electrical control system

The pipe fittings bevelling machine is designed with an electrical control box where electrical elements are installed. All the operating elements are installed in a suspended type operation control box. The pipe fittings cutting machine can be operated directly from the operation control box.
