JCOE production line
The production line is the first big straight seam double-sided submerged arc welding pipe production line in China. The production line adopts the mandibular rotating continuous JCOE forming technology, which has the advantages of fast speed, high quality, uniform stress distribution and regular shape of pipe body. This production line adopts the standard configuration of JCOE, which is characterized by a wide range of product specifications, quick and simple change of specifications, and can realize the production of any size of products within the range.

JCOE production line has high forming accuracy, fast forming speed and even stress distribution. In the production process, high-speed welding equipment is adopted and equipped with automatic flame cutting machine and steel pipe straightening machine. In the process of steel pipe, automatic flaw detection can be made. Thus, the quality of the steel pipe in the process of pipe production can be guaranteed.
