Construction :
The hydraulic pipe expanding machine is mainly made up of the machine base, hydraulic system, mid-frequency induction coil, mandrel, push plate, electric speed reducer, hydraulic clamping mechanism, internal clamp, hydraulically driven roller conveyor, and the mandrel centering mechanism.
Working Process
After the pipe expanding machine is powered on, put the pipe needing expanding onto the material loading platform. Synchronously the mandrel centering mechanism and the hydraulic clamping mechanism will work together to center the mandrel. Start the material loading platform to allow the rollers to rotate, and thus the pipe on the platform will be delivered to the push plate. At this moment, the mandrel centering mechanism will retreat for about 1m, while the two clamping rollers will work continuously to remain the mandrel in the center.
