The three-way solenoid valve of the three-way machine is divided into normally closed and normally open two kinds, normally closed refers to the coil is not energized when the gas road is broken, normally open refers to the coil is not energized when the gas road is through.  Normally closed two three-way solenoid valve operation principle: to the coil electricity, gas circuit connected, once the coil power off, gas circuit will be disconnected, which is equivalent to the point.  Two five-way double electric solenoid valve operation principle: to energize the positive action coil, the positive action gas circuit is connected, even if the positive action coil power off the positive action gas circuit is still connected, will always be kept to the resistance to make the coil energized stop.  The resistance to make the coil is energized, the resistance to make the gas circuit connected (resistance to make the gas hole), even if the resistance to make the coil power resistance is still connected, will always be maintained until the positive action coil energized stop.  This is equivalent to self-locking.  Two three-way solenoid valves are usually one in two out series.  There is also A normally open normally closed, the solenoid valve three mouth respectively for ABC three mouth, usually A to B or A to C mouth, there are B to C mouth.  Normally closed type is the solenoid valve power off in the future, the valve is closed, normally closed.  That is, it cannot flow out of port A.  

The whole frame body of the three-way machine, the welding part of the three-way machine is nondestructive testing, and the welding is processed to ensure that the three-way machine will not be deformed during operation.  Tee machine when operating tube rounds into the mold cavity first, make the pipe cavity seal, and then through the fluid channel in the have a haircut liquid medium injection pipe cavity, so that the upper die and lower die pipe seal within the cavity, the high-pressure pump control liquid pressure test, tube wall deformation and gradually with the mold wall tiejin, forming tee.  

Tee machine Almost all metal materials can be processed into tee, of course, including titanium alloy.  But in general, titanium alloy tee molding is difficult, need to do 3-5 times to shape, after our test, finally got a molding method.  Please consult our technician for details.
