PLC control system of intermediate frequency pipe bender
Intermediate frequency pipe bending machine PLC control system: adopting Siemens S7-200, using industrial computer or touch screen, according to the bending process, the required bend geometry size, bending radius, bending Angle and the number of raw materials, materials, the temperature needed for soups and a series of data input computer, let computer automatic tracking control according to the data, completing the process of heat pipe operation
(1) If pipe bender adopts far-infrared thermometer at one point or several sampling points to ensure reliable temperature rise. It is clearly displayed and monitored during the process. (2) Automatic tracking control of intermediate frequency pipe bender: high network voltage, fast temperature rise, and fast hydraulic propulsion speed; Network voltage low, slow temperature rise, hydraulic propulsion speed automatically slow, forming a closed loop, maintain a relative balance. (3) Bending process of intermediate frequency pipe bender: computer records the bending process. When a bending Angle is in place, the computer automatically stops and alarms, and the data and images of the whole process can be stored and printed.
The structure of the pipe bender is as follows
(1) Installation of the wheel DIE (BENDING DIE) : a. Remove the fixed nut of the wheel DIE in a counterclockwise direction (Fig.7 (1). B. Put in the wheel die, and then lock the fixed nut of the wheel die.
(2) CLAMP DIE
Installation: a. Pull out the clamping die to fix the centering shaft (Fig.7 (2). B, put the clamping die in, and then insert the fixed spindle.
Adjustment: a. Fix the clamping die base (Fig.7 (3) and relax it. Then place the control panel in manual mode and press the clamping button (Fig.7 (3) until the end of clamping die. (At this point, there should be a gap between the clamping dies of the wheel die, and the adjusting screw of the clamping die seat can be adjusted (Fig.7 (4)).
B. Adjust the adjusting screw of the clamping die base (Fig.7 (4) to make the clamping die and the wheel die completely close together.
C. Press the back clamping button (Fig.4 (6) to make the clamping die backward, and then rotate the clamping die adjusting screw (Fig.7 (4)) clockwise for about 1/2-1/4 turn.
D. Then tighten the fixing nut of the clamping die base (Fig.7 (3).
(3) Guiding DIE (PRESSURE DIE)
Installation: a. Remove the guide mold fixing screw (Fig.7 (8), and then put the guide mold in.
B. Tighten the guide screw.
