Operation flow of beveling machine
Before starting the beveling machine, it should be checked that there is nothing near the operation area that will affect the operation of the machine. Keep the operator's hands and other parts of the body away from the rotation of the tool. Before starting, the blade should not touch the pipe port, with a distance of 1-2mm.
To check whether the beveling machine itself is intact, beveling machine specifications and processing pipe size is consistent. Is the size of fixed clamp assembled on beveling machine consistent with pipe specifications? Whether the outer surface of the clamping part of the pipe is smooth, whether there are raised burrs or sticky sundries. If so, it should be removed first. Also check whether the pipe fracture is gas cut. If it is gas cut, if there is welding tumor on the section, it should be removed first.
Check whether the power line of beveling machine is in good condition. If the insulation layer is damaged, it should be dealt with in advance. If the power cable is not long enough, connect the terminal board first.
Install bevel knife when power is off. The specifications of the tool should meet the requirements of the bevel, the tip of the tool should exceed about 2-3mm of the outer diameter of the pipe, and the blade part should be 1-2mm away from the pipe end. Remember not to install the bevel knife backwards, and the blade should not have a gap.
When the beveling machine is installed on the pipe, the clamp is reliable and cannot be loosened. It is strictly forbidden to use elongated bushing force, otherwise it will cause excessive deformation of the casing, affect the verticality of the groove surface, and even make the casing damaged and scrapped.
When the bevel stops, cut off the power switch and unplug the plug first. Loosen the pressing screw to separate the beveling machine from the pipe, remove the cutter, clean the machine, and put it back for use.
Beveling machine is widely used for pipeline installation and maintenance in petroleum, chemical, natural gas, electric power, food, boiler, pharmaceutical and other industries.
