Introduction of PLC control system for intermediate frequency Pipe Bender
Intermediate frequency pipe bending machine PLC control system: adopting Siemens S7-200, using industrial computer or touch screen, according to the bending process, the required bend geometry size, bending radius, bending Angle and the number of raw materials, materials, the temperature needed for soups and a series of data input computer, let computer automatic tracking control according to the data, completing the process of heat pipe operation
Medium frequency pipe bender adopts far infrared thermometer at one point or several sampling points, a point to ensure reliable temperature rise, clear display in the process, can monitor the temperature rise. (2) Automatic tracking control of intermediate frequency pipe bender: high network voltage, fast temperature rise, and fast hydraulic propulsion speed; Network voltage low, slow temperature rise, hydraulic propulsion speed automatically slow, forming a closed loop, maintain a relative balance. (3) Bending process of intermediate frequency pipe bender: the computer can record the bending process. When a bending Angle is in place, the computer automatically stops and alarms, and the data and images of the whole process can be stored and printed.
The structure of intermediate frequency pipe BENDING machine is as follows: Wheel DIE (BENDING DIE) installation: counterclockwise to the wheel DIE fixed nut (Fig.7 (1) removed. Put in the wheel die, and then lock the wheel die fixing nut. CLAMP DIE installation: The clamping DIE is pulled out to fix the centering shaft (Fig.7 (2)). Insert the clamping die, and then insert the fixed spindle. Adjustment: Fix the clamping mold base (Fig.7 (3) and relax it. Then put the control panel in manual mode and press the clamping button (Fig.7 (3) until the end of clamping behavior. (At this point, there should be a gap between the clamping dies of the wheel die, and the adjusting screw of the clamping die seat can be adjusted (Fig.7 (4)). Adjust the adjusting screw of the clamping die holder (Fig.7 (4)) to make the clamping die and the wheel die completely close. Press the back clamping button (Fig.4 (6) to make the clamping die backward, and then turn the clamping die adjusting screw (Fig.7 (4)) clockwise for about 1/2-1/4 turn. Then tighten the fixing nut of the clamping die base (Fig.7 (3). Installation: Remove the fixing screw of the guide DIE (Fig.7 (8), and then put the guide DIE in and lock the guide DIE screw.
