How do customers choose pipe bender?

Medium frequency bend pipe is generally suitable for welding of thin plate below 6mm. It has the characteristics of beautiful weld forming and small welding deformation  

The protective gas is argon with purity of 99.99%.  When the welding current is 50~50A, the argon flow rate is 8~0L/min, when the current is 50~250A, the argon flow rate is 2~5L/min.  

Welding arc length, welding ordinary steel, 2~4mm is the best, and welding stainless steel, ~3mm is the best, too long the protection effect is not good.  

In order to prevent the appearance of welding holes, if there is rust and oil pollution in the welding part, it must be cleaned up.  

Tungsten pole protruding from the gas nozzle length, 4~5mm is the best, in the corner welding and other poor shelter is 2~3mm, in the deep slot is 5~6mm, nozzle to work distance is generally not more than 5mm.  

In order to prevent the back of the bottom pass from being oxidized, the back of the intermediate frequency elbow butt should also be protected by gas.  

Wind protection and ventilation.  In windy places, take measures to block the net, and take appropriate ventilation measures indoors.  

In order to protect the welding pool well by argon gas and facilitate the welding operation, the tungsten center line and the workpiece at the welding place should generally keep an Angle of 80~85°, and the Angle between the filling wire and the workpiece surface should be as small as possible, generally about 0°.  Surface Angle should be as small as possible, generally 0° or so.
