The three-way pipe fittings made by the three-way mechanism are divided into equal diameter three-way and reducing three-way or three-way joint. One of the pipe fittings used primarily to change the direction of a fluid. Used in the branch pipe of the main pipe, can be classified according to the size of the pipe diameter, generally made of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and other materials.
If the three-way unit is used for the molding of three-way pipe fittings, three-way is divided into reducing three-way and equal diameter three-way, three-way machine main power is hydraulic cylinder. Three-way machine itself is a non-standard finished product, so there is no specific specifications, mainly according to the requirements of customers directly customized. The diameter of tee pipe fittings can be 21-630mm. The diameter and wall thickness of tee pipe fittings with wall thickness above 3-20mm can be produced by our company.
The operation process of the customer after ordering the three-way machine
Three - way machine operators must be trained to master the three - way machine performance and operation technology before they can operate independently.
Before operation, all kinds of sundries on the mold should be cleaned and the dirt on the tee machine cleaned.
The three-way machine must be installed under the condition of power failure to avoid collision on the start button, handle and pedal switch.
Install the upper and lower molds in alignment, adjust the mold clearance, do not allow unilateral deviation from the center, after confirming the mold pressure test.
First, start idling for 5 minutes, and check whether the mailbox position is enough, whether the sound of the oil pump is normal, whether the hydraulic unit and pipeline joints and pistons leak.
Start the three-way machine pressure test, need to check whether the pressure reaches the working pressure, equipment action is normal and reliable, there is no leakage phenomenon.
Adjust the working pressure, but should not exceed 90% of the rated pressure of the equipment, test the pressure of a piece of work, after passing the inspection in production.
For different hydraulic press profiles and workpieces, when pressing and correcting, the working pressure and pressure of the press can be adjusted, and the number and time of holding pressure, and ensure that the mold and workpieces are not damaged.
When the body pressure plate slides up and down, it is forbidden to put your hand and head into the pressure plate and the working part of the mold.
It is strictly forbidden to knock, stretch, welding and cutting, bend and distort the work while pressing.
No smoking, welding, cutting and fire are allowed around the three-way press, and inflammable and explosive items are not allowed to be stored. Take fire precautions.
After the three-way machine is finished, the power supply should be cut off, the hydraulic rod of the press should be wiped clean, the lubricating oil should be added, and the mold and workpiece should be cleaned and placed neatly.
