If the front cutting point is wrinkled, the mandrel position should be adjusted forward to achieve reasonable support for the pipe when bending. If the back cutting point is wrinkled, the anti-wrinkle block should be installed to make the installation position of the anti-wrinkle block correct, and the die pressure should be adjusted appropriately; If the arc is full of wrinkles, it means that the diameter of the mandrel used is too small, so that the gap between the mandrel and the pipe wall is too large, or the die pressure is too small, and the pipe can not fit the bending die and the wrinkle block well in the bending process. Therefore, the mandrel should be replaced and the die should be adjusted to make the die force appropriate.
Compensation and correction methods are used to control the bending back and forth phenomenon. Compensation method is through the comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of bending back and forth, according to the various conditions of bending and back and forth trend, estimate the size of the back and forth amount in advance, in the mold design and manufacturing, correct the size and geometry of the working part of the convex and concave die, to achieve "over positive" bending. The correction method is to take measures on the mold structure to make the correction force concentrate on the bend, change the stress state, and strive to eliminate the elastic deformation and overcome the back and forth. For example, in bending, tension is applied at the same time as bending so that the entire section is under tensile stress. During unloading, the elastic recovery is consistent with the deformation direction, which can significantly reduce the rebound amount.
