Before starting the intermediate frequency pipe bender, first check that the main engine, auxiliary machinery, water pump, oil pump, air compressor, etc. of the pipe bender should be in good condition. Check the power supply, all components are in good condition, in standby state, start the cooling water flow system back and forth, adjust the water pressure to the pressure required by the elbow, start the oil pump, check the oil system, put the oil control valve in the off position, and other valves in the elbow position. Start the intermediate frequency power supply. After the input of the intermediate frequency power supply, adjust the heating temperature of the steel pipe to the low temperature required by the elbow, slowly adjust the oil amount, and start pushing the tube. When pushing the tube at the beginning, pay close attention to the pushing speed and heating temperature, the power rise and fall, and the pushing speed increase or decrease should change with the temperature, so as to ensure that the loss of the heating will not exceed the temperature. The diathermy method of thick-walled alloy tube for diathermy can be tested. Generally, the following methods can be used: low power, prolonged diathermy, bending no more than 800℃, outer wall temperature of steel tube inner surface temperature about 600℃ slowly push the tube to bend. In the process of pushing the tube, push out the sleeve and push out the pin at the same time, strictly monitor the bending temperature and push bending speed, and bend according to rated parameters. If the pipe diameter is greater than 300mm and the wall thickness is greater than 30mm, the processing can not be successful, and the outer wall temperature should be strictly controlled. When the external wall temperature reaches 950℃, turn off the intermediate frequency power supply. When the temperature of the outer wall drops to 750 ° C, restart the power supply immediately and push the bend pipe slowly. For example, if the temperature of the inner wall is an intermediate frequency power supply, the inner wall temperature should not reach about 600 ° C. This method can be used repeatedly. When the temperature behind the second outer wall is lower than 600℃ in the production process, the pipe should be shut down to study the cause and formulate countermeasures before bending. In the process of pipe bending, the operation of the water pump, oil pump and air compressor should be checked frequently. If found, should be dealt with in time.
Through the above operation process, the customer should timely cut off the power after the completion of the production process, do a good job of cleaning and smooth work.
