How does a hydraulic pump work
Our
tee machine is powered by a hydraulic pump. Let's see how a hydraulic pump works.
The hydraulic pump sucks oil from the oil tank. The hydraulic pump changes the mechanical energy of the motor to the pressure energy of the liquid. The hydraulic medium enters the left chamber of the hydraulic cylinder through the throttle valve and the reversing valve through the pipeline, pushing the piston to move the working table to the right, and the hydraulic medium discharged from the right chamber of the hydraulic cylinder flows back to the oil tank through the reversing valve. After reversing the valve, the hydraulic medium enters the right chamber of the hydraulic cylinder, making the piston move to the left and pushing the working table to move backward. The speed of hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted by changing the opening of the throttle valve.
The pressure of the hydraulic system can be regulated by the overflow valve.
