Elbow machine installation and debugging process
Installation:
1. Pull the elbow machine clamping die fixed centering shaft.
2. The clamping mode in the elbow machine, the insert the fixed spindle again can.
Debug:
1. The elbow machine clamp mold base fixed to relax, then the control panel in manual mode, press the clip pipe button, to die ACTS end point.Have a gap between the die and mould the wheels can adjust the screw to adjust the clamp mold base.
2. Adjust the mold base adjustment screw make clip to die with wheel die completely closed.
3. Press the back button to make the die back, then die adjustment screw clockwise 1-4 times.
4. Then clamp mold base fixed nut lock
